I missed the workout because of an eye appointment. So I ran down to the LP track from my house and did it by myself.
I did a 2.5 mile warmup. Then I did 400 300 400 300 400 300 then a 200 because I wanted to. I hit 71, 51, 73, 52, 73, 49, and 30.
I felt pretty good, but I was alone so It was pretty hard to go fast. Then I did 2.5 down and iced.
