1.6 miles at the Timberline pacer test. I got 130 and won the year. The school record is 140, and I probably could have gotten that if I knew it was going to be today.
We warmed up 2 miles. Then we did a workout at the track I ran 400 600 400 600 400 400. My legs were really tired the entire time. I had no energy to sprint in them. Then I cooled down 1.4 and Ice bathed.
