- Be seventh guy on the team

| I had to register for classes, which went poorly, so I ran 7 later. I started off trying to do an extended mountain run, but I couldn't find the trail and I eventually gave up and finished my milage in alpine.

| 1.6 miles at the Timberline pacer test. I got 130 and won the year. The school record is 140, and I probably could have gotten that if I knew it was going to be today.
We warmed up 2 miles. Then we did a workout at the track I ran 400 600 400 600 400 400. My legs were really tired the entire time. I had no energy to sprint in them. Then I cooled down 1.4 and Ice bathed.

| I missed the workout because of an eye appointment. So I ran down to the LP track from my house and did it by myself.
I did a 2.5 mile warmup. Then I did 400 300 400 300 400 300 then a 200 because I wanted to. I hit 71, 51, 73, 52, 73, 49, and 30.
I felt pretty good, but I was alone so It was pretty hard to go fast. Then I did 2.5 down and iced.

| 4 miles up and back to the mouth of AF canyon, then did some laps around the track and some strides.
I ran a cool 4 miles after that with my friend, felt very good.

| My legs felt horrible, also my feet. It's been that way for a while, but this was worse. They felt really tired and the arches of my feet were burning. I'm probably not gonna feel great tomorrow. I'm trying to break 5, but I just want to get to the break so my legs can finally recover
