  • 3 mile: 17:55 (Preregion)

Sophmore Track

  • mile: 4:51(Skyridge)

Short-Term Running Goals:

Freshman year Track:

  • 1 mile sub 5:00 (NOPE... 5:06, I blame the stress fracture.)
  • 2 mile sub 11:00 (Never even ran it...)

Sophmore year XC:

  • 17:00 for 5k
  • 16:40 for 3 mile
  • Be seventh guy on the team
  • Get one of those sweet NXN hats

Long-Term Running Goals:

Be able to run away if I'm ever jumped.

Ran to mid spring with Danny Justin and Kaleb, Kaleb dropped off for a 4 mile loop. My legs hurt very bad. I'm pretty sure it's a side effect of accutane. This next month is gonna be rough.
