Short-Term Running Goals:

Freshman year Track:

  • 1 mile sub 5:00 (NOPE... 5:06, I blame the stress fracture.)
  • 2 mile sub 11:00 (Never even ran it...)

Sophmore year XC:

  • 17:00 for 5k
  • 16:40 for 3 mile
  • Be seventh guy on the team
  • Get one of those sweet NXN hats

Long-Term Running Goals:

Be able to run away if I'm ever jumped.

We ran to Lone Peak and did a modest run, a bunch of people left when we got to LP so we only had a meager crowd of 8 or 9. I think one of the new guys sprained his ankle or something on the run back to legacy, Will was trying to pick up some of the new guys in his car because they were just so far back, but we never found that one dude. #prayforthenewguy
