Sophmore Track

  • mile: 4:51(Skyridge)

Short-Term Running Goals:

Freshman year Track:

  • 1 mile sub 5:00 (NOPE... 5:06, I blame the stress fracture.)
  • 2 mile sub 11:00 (Never even ran it...)

Sophmore year XC:

  • 17:00 for 5k
  • 16:40 for 3 mile
  • Be seventh guy on the team
  • Get one of those sweet NXN hats

Long-Term Running Goals:

Be able to run away if I'm ever jumped.

My legs felt horrible, also my feet. It's been that way for a while, but this was worse. They felt really tired and the arches of my feet were burning. I'm probably not gonna feel great tomorrow. I'm trying to break 5, but I just want to get to the break so my legs can finally recover
