| The race itself was brutal, the hills plus my crappy legs was pretty rough, I had an excellent cooldown though so thats alright.
I ran in Galen's trash old spikes again, I really need some new ones. I think they might have done more harm than good.
I'm on half dose of accutane and am taking iron now, so I'm gonna take it easier and try to get feeling like I have a little energy again.

| Very fun race. It was cold and rainy when I raced, and the mud was pretty crazy. I stayed with alex and jack for the first 2, then me and alex kicked it up and dropped jack. The last stretch came up super fast and I didn't start kicking fast enough. My legs were super cold and stiff at the start but I was feeling pretty good by the end.

| This race was garbage. After about half a mile we were heading into the woods for the first time someone flat tired me and my spike flew off. It took like 20 seconds to put back on ugh. I caught back up with alex who i was with before and that took a lot out of me. My last mile which is usually my bad mile was even worse than usual. Also it was hot.
