| My legs are still trashed. We did black trail with 3x1 mile tempos. I kind of did them but I was too tired to try hard. Me and trevor took a wrong turn after the big highway and ran back alone.

| My legs felt about the same, super tired. I'm not going to run at all when I go to south carolina so hopefully they'll finally get better. We ran with ryan for 4 miles and completed a 6 mile loop and then did dumpster run. Then did some barefoot laps which was an excellent time.

| My legs were starting to feel a little better today so I didn't want to do a hard hill workout. At 9:30 I ran 3.5 miles up mountain run. I'm probably not going to do the whole milage tomorrow.

| Alpine 5k course. Then a tempo which destroyed me before I could finish it. Some barefoot laps. My legs felt better today so fingers crossed I feel good before grass relays.
Ping pong tournament at the ericksens house was a success.

First day of cross country class. Hill workout 6x600 on the hill by lp. 2.1 up and 1.2 down. My legs were feeling pretty good by the end but it was really tough at the start. I'll be doing a few miles at night I guess
PM:
Did 3 miles around my neighborhood, hopefully it'll help my legs feel less sore.

| Difficult run today, on the homestretch I was riding a bike and I went over the handle bars and my right shoulder to forearm is busted up pretty good. My ghosts came today though so its alright. Maybe my legs will start to feel better now.

| My legs were feeling pretty bad and stiff. During the warm up I knew that this wasn't gonna be a stellar race. Our cheer was quite excellent though. My legs felt really tired during the second and third miles. Spencer King and I were battling it out at the last 100m and he barely beat me. I'm feeling pretty optimistic because the way I was feeling I thought I was going to be much slower than I was, when I'm recovered I'm hoping to get to 16:30.
2.5 down and then Craik gave me a ride home. Dr Ryan prescribed me liquid iron so I'll probably try that.
Funny story:
After Craik dropped me off I ice bathed at the mouth of AF. Everything was submerged in the river except my head and a young couple walked by the river obviously looking for a makeout spot. They settled on about 10 feet away from me. I didn't want to sit through 10 minutes of that so I gave them a friendly "Howdy" and they ran away. Later, walking through the parking lot, I saw them in their car making out and as soon as they saw me they drove away as fast as possible. Good time.
