I was starting to feel better so I was going to run like 6 miles today. But then we ran mountain run and kept going to legacy. My legs and feet really hurt going uphill but I stayed with everyone for alll but part of the mountain. It was also windy and snowy for some parts.

4/10 would not recommend.

We had a tri meet against AF and Lehi. The top guys did a workout instead so it was Josh and down speedwise. I actually put spikes in my spikes this time, but the problem is that I only had 4 spikes total. Will told me it would be fine, but it felt really weird and I probably would have done better without them. I have no idea what time I got in the mile, but I'm more confident in my guess for the 800. I felt pretty good for both, but it was cold and windy so it wasn't that good or that bad I guess.

Also Jonas is a master at scum and BS , if you ever want to play with him.
