| 5:45 in the morning run, there wern't many people. We just ran around some roads in alpine. I fell behind in the middle, but was able to keep up with them for the first and last 2.5 miles.

| Modest run with a frozen pond. The first round I lasted until the end, the second one Zack caught and then I caught seth, the last round I lasted 10 minutes until Justin chased me down. Slipped on the ice many times. Then did bicycle card workout.
